Had lunch here today and started off with the banhmi sandwich and then got the pho with chicken breast. Delicious and good flavor, the service was great, definitely family owned. Very good.
I strongly recommend Vietmam Bistro for delicious authentic Vietnamese food . We started with the fried calamari appetizer , it was very delicious ! We shared an excellent Pho that ticked all the boxes ! Excellent broth , fresh herbs and delicious assortment of meats and garnishes . The I had Bun - vermicelli with grilled pork and spring roll ... it was fantastic ! I loved it ! My husband had the Com Tam - broken rice with grilled pork chops. He devoured it ! We drank green tea with our meal . I am going to be returning often for the excellent service , delicious food and the warm and helpful advice on what to order . We had the shrimp and pork. Both were excellent. But be prepared, the prices are a little more expensive than a Chinese restaurant lunch. It was very telling to see Vietnamese diners in the restaurant. It must be authentic and good!
I LOVE Vietnam Bistro. They have GREAT Pho and GREAT "bun" dishes (The ones with the rice noodles on the bottom with lettuce and the carrot stuff?) I've ordered Pho to go at other places and it's pretty annoying to have to find my own bowl but they pack it all up in a nice neat container :D Would absolutely recommend. I don't love that they're closed on Tuesdays but I guess everyone needs time off haha It's like Chic-fil-a, it seems like I always want pho on a Tuesday

Headed to Pho Saigon which was closed today (Monday). Decided to try out Vietnam Bistro. Great Bun Bo Hue. Could have used more noodles. Vietnamese coffee is good and strong. We will be back. Located inside a shopping center with lots of parking. They take credit cards.
We ordered for delivery today. It's been awhile since we came here. We were actually very happy with our meal. It tasted great and very filling!
